By working with us as your web designer and/or developer, you agree to these terms and conditions. These terms apply to all projects and contracts we undertake for our clients. Both our team and our clients are expected to adhere to these terms.
As our client, you're responsible for providing all the information needed to start, continue, or finalize your website project. This may include things like photos, logos, written content, and other printed materials as mutually agreed upon at the project's outset.
If you delay providing information, causing delays in completing your project, we reserve the right to extend the deadlines in the agreement by a reasonable amount. If the lack of information completely halts progress, we have the right to invoice you for the work done so far.
We encourage your feedback and are happy to make revisions within the scope of the originally agreed-upon proposal. However, we may limit the number of revision rounds for website design work. Extra fees may apply for changes outside the original proposal.
Our standard process allows for a specific number of revision rounds for the work we deliver. We'll be flexible within this framework.
If you reject any web design or development work within 7 days of receiving it, or if you repeatedly disapprove of revisions, we may, at our discretion, rework the project based on reasonable considerations. However, if your rejections are unreasonable, we may consider the contract terminated. In this case, you'll be responsible for settling the outstanding balance, and we may take steps to collect full payment upon project completion.
After the 7-day review period, WebConcept will invoice you for the remaining 50% of your project fee as agreed upon in the initial quote.
We exclude all terms, conditions, warranties, undertakings, or representations, whether express, implied, or otherwise, except for those expressly stated in these terms and conditions. Our liability under any term or condition that cannot be excluded by law is limited, at our discretion, to the replacement, repair, or resupply of the services or the cost of those services.
WebConcept and its subcontractors agree to keep your personal information confidential and will not disclose it to any third-party organizations.
If we are not managing your website, you are solely responsible for managing and maintaining backups of your website. We disclaim any liability for restoring website data unless you have a separate agreement with us for website management services (at a monthly cost) and the data loss arises from our negligence.
Thank you for choosing WebConcept! We look forward to working with you.
